"Squad Waiting Rooms" while waiting for players

While waiting for other players in HvH, GS, CS, etc. why not let players explore the map like an arcade mode? "Return to Character Select Screen" next to "Respawn" in the menu while you are exploring the map. Just as simple as that. Then squads can spawn in the waiting room and play around while they wait.
