Star cards have just been removed/ locked

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug The majority of my star cards have just been locked when they were at epic level! And I can’t use them. That’s hours of hard work gone. Anyone else had this problem ? So many bugs this weekend - lag, not being able to log onto servers and now star cards gone ! What is going on?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log in - all of my characters now have yellow triangles and cards removed
What happens when the bug occurs? See above
What do you expect to see? My normal cards that I’ve earned

Please sort out these bugs as it’s driving me cracks and destroying my faith in the game!

    From what I can tell, it was the cards that had been unlocked and upgraded before I touched them. The pre release stuff. The ones having to do with Kylo Ren and Rey, and their perspective ships. One of Lando’s cards was messed with, and one specialist. Everything else is fine.

    Actually, I wrote that reply before I got up and I just turned on the game and all of those cards are back. Again, it was the preorder stuff for Rey and Kylo. Wasn’t upset regardless. How weird.

    Thanks for the reply. Nice to know it wasn’t just me! Switched mine back on and all mine have now returned to normal too!

    I just got the same issue after this current update, when I hover over my locked star cards, my epic rarity cards are now common

    A week or two ago, this happened to me again. A great deal of my stuff was downgraded and locked.  I shut the game down and it was back to normal upon logging back in.

    -I didn't notice any downgrading this morning after the update.  Try restarting the game and see if that works 🙂

    I logged in the other day to play with my kids after not having played for some time, with the intention of starting a regular session with them. ... to find almso all my star cards re-locked. I only have access to a few cards on three classes and some on my heroes.  For example my Heavy is level 36 and all his cards are hidden and locked now.  Spent a couple hours with a few agents on EA support, with no resolution yet.  I'm pretty upset.  Hours and hours of progress just erased. I check every day to see if it's fixed, and no love yet.  No update to my case on support site either.  Fix this EA.  I don't have the expendable time to re-level everyone like some players do. I'm an old fart with two jobs and a life outside of gaming.  Gaming is what I do to relaxe, not to get stresed out.
