Stuck on Public id Page , battlefront 2

Hi , ive Started Playing Today and Made am ea Account , i Played too . but when i closed the Game and started it to play it again The Game asks for Public id , and even when im typing My id it says It’s Already used or when its ok it only refreshes the Site again , what can i do??

im playing on ps4

    I had this problem it wouldn’t let me pass the public I’d page, just go on your phone and login to the account and it will let you make a public ID

    I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

    If you have any issues with SWBF2 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.

    @EA_Atic I tried logging into apex legends but a miss click put me in the spot where I need to create an ea account to play. I cannot go back to the sign in page, and it’s like that for battlefront 2 as well. The problem is the same when I uninstall and reinstall. Please respond to help.
