i've been able to get to the menu finally, and yea similar things are showing for me but not as intense
I think I found the issue, you need to go to the steam launch options and put -dx11 into there. If that doesn't work, try and load the game and hope that it doesn't crash before you can get to the video settings, then when you're in the video settings turn off direct x 12. Hope this helps 👍
