It tends to happen if you play Arcade before then joining an online game (regardless of mode). I've found the only way to fix it is to exit the game completely (e.g. to Origin in PC) and then go back into the game. My experience so far has been this has fixed it every time.

It still happens to me without playing any Arcade.
Have posted about this in another area replying to other posts. I have re installed, relaunched and resumed the game(Xbox one). Played Arcade then quit and played another game without issues. I even have gone days without this bug popping up. Then on other days, have had problems no matter what game I play. Yesterday, I played Arcade to complete a daily challenge, then played HvV - "Game ended, No data etc" came up 3 times. Quit game. Relaunched game, played GA no problems with the bug. Quit GA got black screen. Played again later in the night, GA only, and had no problems at all until I quit to retire for the night - black screen again. It appears that for me the black screen is always after leaving GA and the No Data Bug is usually( not always) the smaller lobby games (HvV, Extraction etc) It is totally random and being so, will be one hell of a challenge to fix.
