Technical issues?

Just got the new update on PS4 and at first it was running good. 

However there is some issues while playing online I've encountered more and more frequently.

- it takes awhile to find a lobby and sometimes I would get loaded into a map with an empty lobby.

- sometimes during a match I would get cut off and be sent to the main menu. I checked internet connection and everything and still happens.

- now I can't use any of my weapons and cards which seem to have reset online but everything still shows up on the main screen? (Error code 1,756) 

- bottom of main menu it doesn't show the crate option and challenges

I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else on the PS4 platform? It seems that this update has more bugs?

    Please try to reset the whole system. Internet, modem, router and PS4.  You were scheduled to get the update at a different time than others.  Could be a conflict.

    Turn all off and unplug  - Important.  Then start modem, wait. 2 mins for it to get started. Then your router.  Wait for it to complete. Then PS4.  Relaunch game and try again!.

    Hello @De11_7k and thanks for reporting in!

    I read that most problems are only on the xbox, but you seem to have some other problems on the PS4. As Marjor1ne said above, please try to reset your system. Let me break down your problems and see what we can do.

    - Yes it might take a while to get into a lobby. Developers have written a community transmission on matchmaking and servers. Just a summary: next week a new matchmaking system will go online that will probably take care of getting into empty lobies + balance changes!     - I've no idea about this error. Probably fixed next week seems to be connection error.

    - Probably because connection erros. Will be fixed next week hopefully.
