Turning HDR off cause game to look absolutely horrendous.

I'm on PC. Can't find anything to help with this. I wanted to turn HDR off so that people watching my stream can actually see what's going on, since Streamlabs doesn't support HDR yet, but when I turn HDR off the game is extremely washed out, with no in-game options I found able to fix it.
