Unable to change cards during campaign

I am on Ps4 and am having the same issue.  I cannot equip any cards whatsoever.  It allows me to change the weapon but that's it.  It only seems to happen in campaign mode.  I thought I was going nuts.  Hopefully we'll get some answers or a fix. 

This is happening for me too right now (XBOX One, top-tier wired connection ) and it’s rather frustrating… I can start out after loading with the cards of my choice, but when trying to respawn after death, it always ‘forgets’ the selections after returning to the transition menu ( they appear empty again ) after selecting from the card bank .

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into any supply crates in any part of the campaign and try to equip cards to give Iden new abilities. You can equip them but when you press back it removes all cards from the slots.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't equip cards and get abilties.
What do you expect to see? (I DON'T GET THE QUESTION)

This is happening to me as well. I can change weapons, but when I go to change cards it resets to default as I’m exiting back into the game.

I can’t equip ANY cards, it’s 5/25.

First saw it the last two missions of the first campaign and thought it was just to make it more challenging or something.  started the next campaign and been by three crayes and I equip then when I back out they’re gone and I have nothing

I am playing on PC via Orign and can confirm the issue happens there as well.

Easy to replicate, run campaign and try to equip cards at any point, when hit back button it reset's and shows no cards selected.

I can confirm the update deployed on 2019-6-26 fixes the issue.

Having the same issue on PS4. This seems to be a new bug, haven't encountered this until one day ago.

Same issue: on PC.

So long as start the mission from scratch, everything works properly.  If I die, try to run from a check point , OR try to change cards mid game -- everything switches to default.

Also having this problem on pc. It will save my cards the first time, but once I die cards will not save. 

Same issue on XBox One.  Replaying a previous campaign mission has the same result.  Uninstalled and reinstalled game does not remedy the problem.
