Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Summarize your bug The Heavy milestone which you must soak "10,000 points of damage using defender" which a card you equip does not actually progress even if you have the card slotted in your loadout. I've played nearly 2 hours of gameplay using the card and it doesn't have a single count towards progression. You can see by the attached screenshots that I nearly completed the Heavy trooper medal which is 150 minutes ingame time, and 95% of this time was spent using the defender card in my slots. I have progress on every single heavy milestone except this particular one.

Summarize your bug I did all Multiplayer Achievments, and the last one Dont count the progression. I did all Multiplayer progression and dont get the 500 crystalls from the last achievment!!!!!!!

@AyatonBomb Hello. When you highlight "A tremendous service" Can you click anything? Does that show as 26/26 progress? Can you provide an image of it?

If it shows as complete do you have the "Choker" emote?

I'm also having this problem, I think it may be an issue with the 'The Aggressor' milestone, showing as complete when it isn't and both not registering further progress or allowing tremendous service to be completed

@J-snukk Thank you, that's very interesting. Do you have an image of the falsely "completed" milestone? I take it that you didn't get the 1k credits?

On the offchance that you've been tracking your Starfighter wins have you won at least once on all maps?

I cant click becouse it showa 25/26 but everything else, is done with granted bonuses.

Its a scrolling menue to screenshoot many thing.

But its clear done with getting everything from the others, but shows me 25/26.

In the MAIN MENUE: 26/27  If i click in 25/26 that can only a bug if u see the situation.

The missing one= have all others, so its bugged?

I could take a screenshot, but it just shows up as complete and rewarded like any other, legitimately, completed milestone except yes I don't recall receiving the credits. However I have actually been tracking my star-fighter assault wins and I can confirm I have not won on every map as the attacker, in fact I'm pretty sure I only have on 2 or 3 maps (the game mode is currently very hard for attackers). This is the reason, along with a similar post on this board that has more detailed information, I think it's an issue to do with that particular milestone, all the others I can verify I have actually completed and been rewarded for.

Issues like this usually take a patch to fix, but hopefully it won't take long.

What happens when the bug occurs? It locks progression for the milestones ultimately locking me out of the reward.

The first goal I set myself on the game was to complete the 27 Multiplayer Milestones which unlocks the **** emote and 500 crystals, however towards the end of my journey I've noticed a couple of key issues that have prevented me from unlocking this.

Firstly, to complete "A Tremendous Service" you need to have completed 26 of the other milestones, but I'm currently sat on 24/26 even though technically I have 25/26, there is literally only one other milestone I need, but I'll get to that next. I did notice that during the milestone "The Aggressor" which insists you need to win a game of starfighter assault on attack on every map, I was only 3/5 progress but it completed automatically and gave me the 1,000 credits but this has not updated on the main milestone so I am permanently stuck with 1 less completion than I have.

Secondly, the milestone "Disrupted Enemies" absolutely does not work. I am still at 0/25. It states that you only need to assist in killing 25 enemies whilst they are under disruption status, but in my hours playing I should have completed this 100x over by now and yet I'm still 0/25. I have tried every type of grenade available, and even tried using Iden's droid and Chewbacca's grenade, and still nothing.

I contacted EA live chat to report this directly, and the only solution they offered me was exactly this, and it did not work for me:

Ensure Origin is fully closed by clicking the Origin Menu and selecting Exit.

All files and folders found in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Origin

All files and folders found in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Origin

Note: You can get into the appdata folder via Run -> %appdata%"

Again, I used every step of that guide, did exactly what they suggested should fix it, and still nothing. I'm stuck on the same bugged milestones, which is pretty frustrating as those 500 crystals could have gone a long way, and I just generally hate being bugged on progression as it's most of the fun I get out of games...
