Dude, I hate that for you! I would be really upset too if I couldn't unlock weapon milestones, especially since it takes a while to get the required number of kills. What's really weird, is that it looks like FWMB-10K Sharpshooter unlocked, but Target Practice didn't.
Yes, milestones are weird right now. I have all of the multiplayer milestones done and yet the final one didn't count progress and is now unattainable.

Summarize your bug : I have made it through the 'Crazy To Follow' milestone, went to the career menu and the milestone was like I've already claimed it. Then I got disconnected by EA server then reconnected EA server (R3 button). I was still online btw, server disconnected me for some reason. I checked the crates, nothing. My credit and craft points remains same.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've been playing the game and then i got a pop up message that said that the milestone is complete, I finished the match, went back to the menu and it was like I've already claimed it. Then I got disconnected by EA server and reconnected EA server (R3 button). No Trooper Crate.
What happens when the bug occurs? I tried to go back to the main menu and again to the career menu and then to the collection menu. Restarted doesn't help.
What do you expect to see? That the reward is unclaimed. Please give me the trooper crate.
