Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Stupid bloody game just popped up a message after a round of HvV for me to finally claim “The Aggressor”. It makes no sense, but okay, I’ll go with it. I leave the server, try to claim the milestone, and I get the same glitch. Stupid tease! 😡
Okay, I just completed two separate rounds of HvV. After both rounds, the challenges page tells me to claim “The Aggressor” (first two photos.) Then, I logged off the server, even waiting until the next map loaded. When I went to my Multiplayer milestones page, “The Aggressor” still cannot be claimed. I don’t even know if any other awards are similarly glitched as this is the only award I cannot claim.
