I'm also having this problem, I think it may be an issue with the 'The Aggressor' milestone, showing as complete when it isn't and both not registering further progress or allowing tremendous service to be completed

For me, the only one I can't claim is "The Force Be With You." I've been able to claim all of the other milestones, including the ones from Season 1. The counter of progression still seems to be delayed by one match, though. That is, the progress bar wouldn't increase after the match where I earned it, it would show up after I completed another match.
