Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

I have a similar problem on PS4. In Starfighter assault it says in the summary that I've achieved the defender milestone but when I go to a career it says I still have one match to go. I'm sure that I've won all the matches needed. Also I have used black leader 25 times and it says so in the Milestone page but I can't claim it. The x button is greyed out.
