Tonight I completed the TROOPER Officer career "Blurrg-1120 Target Practice" Progress 75/75 (Currently now on 85 kills) And the message came up on screen while playing multiplayer that I had it to collect, but I continued to play. Next round my game crashed and booted me back to the main menu, so I went to collect said reward, but it will not allow me to. It is showing as completed (full white bar) but not as claimed and nothing I do, repair and reinstall of the game, will let me collect my reward/upgrade :/ HELP PLEASE!
I cant collect my 400 heavy kills reward either
Community AdminThanks for the post, we're seeing a few reports on this issue.
I've seen a similar issue before, and in that case the unlocks became available before too long, so hopefully you shouldn't need to wait too much.

also had this problem this morning with the 400 heavy trooper milestone. Thought there might be a hidden unlock requirement so got the 150 for the 3rd gun, unlocked just fine, 400 still locked. I did notice last night I was having connection issues with battlefront, but my other apps where connecting just fine w/o interuptions or slowdowns. Battlefront however kicked me to home screen twice. I did NOT unlock the achievement till this morning as I stopped playing when I noticed the problem. I had made significant progress towards it at this time though.
TROOPERS --
EL-16HFE Training Session (25/25: reduced recoil), TL-50 Training Session (25/25: improved cooling)
HEROES --
No Disintegrations (25/25: 25 crafting parts), The Hunt Is On (20/20: 250 credits)
Milestones completed since 1/26/18 but rewards are unclaimable, the "CLAIM REWARD" button is grayed out and restarting the game/computer solves nothing. Please fix ASAP!
