Tonight I completed the TROOPER Officer career "Blurrg-1120 Target Practice" Progress 75/75 (Currently now on 85 kills) And the message came up on screen while playing multiplayer that I had it to collect, but I continued to play. Next round my game crashed and booted me back to the main menu, so I went to collect said reward, but it will not allow me to. It is showing as completed (full white bar) but not as claimed and nothing I do, repair and reinstall of the game, will let me collect my reward/upgrade :/ HELP PLEASE!
I cant collect my 400 heavy kills reward either
Community AdminThanks for the post, we're seeing a few reports on this issue.
I've seen a similar issue before, and in that case the unlocks became available before too long, so hopefully you shouldn't need to wait too much.

I have had the same problem with most of my unlocked milestones since 1/26/2018 on the Xbox One.
EA FIX THIS!!! or even an reply acknowledging the issue and addressing it would be polite...
As an update since this issue, I have reached the targets for more milestone rewards, and am also UNABLE to unlock those either. I'm a little concerned about if the game is worth continuing to play, as I have seen no mention from any dev on the many reports about this issue...that the problem will be resolved?
You designed this game with a progression system based on GRIND that no longer works when targets are reached.
