Summarize your bug I'm unable to claim the 400 heavy kills reward, I haven't had any issues claiming anything in the past, just this one. This is unfortunate as I was really looking forward to merking some scrubs with the TL-50. I've tried restarting the game and playing another game with the class to get more kills and nothing is working. Help plz!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get 400 kills with the heavy class and then quit the game you're in, I didn't finish the game I was playing as I earned my 400th kill so that might be the cause.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't claim my rewards >~<

Thanks for the posts, we're seeing quite a few reports on this.
I've seen a similar issue before, and in that case the unlocks became available before too long, so hopefully you shouldn't need to wait too much.

I'm sure you've seen that there are now dozens and dozens of reports of this same issue newly occurring since Friday. It seems to be a widespread issue affecting all regions and platforms. Any word on what can be done to address this? Is a hot fix possible or will it have to be addressed with a patch? Thanks in advance, cheers.
Same problem. This started late in the week and has not resolved. I achieved the "I have you now" milestone, and received no reward. The next day I completed the Bomber Ace challenge, but again, nothing. Any result from EA?

Kinda same thing here with the 1st milestone of TL-50. Managed to claim the 2nd milestone with the reduced spread, but the first is still locked. Since this issue was araound already a while I guess we're expecting a fix ASAP! Much appreciated in advance...
Same here, have been looking forward to getting the explosive shot on the Blurrg since i started with officer and now i cant get it... I even got a notification in-game that i unlocked it, after i finished the game and went to the "challenges" page while waiting for the next game to start, it there said i could go to the career page and claim my reward. So, i went to the career page but there was no yellow notification thingy and i couldnt claim the reward... now im really dissapointed...
