Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Had same issue that DCdelta but with EL-16 Assault 2nd mod. It shows 75/75 and cannot claim my reward. Achieved it during a game and the notification popped up correctly on screen, but when I ended the match and came back to the career tab I could do nothing.

Same here. Particularly annoying since it is a big milestone I put a few hours into. SE44-C sharpshooter. Don't even want to play now til this is fixed.
