Washed and faded colours :/
Hello everyone. I have a serious problem with the game SW Battlefront 2 (2017). Well, when starting the game, the screen becomes faded, the colors are washed out and the game looks as if it was launched in 16 bits, you can see large stepped tonal transitions. After exiting the game, the windows screen is still washed out and faded. Only restarting the computer helps. Gives the specification. The computer is an old one based on windows 7, the card is gf 1060 3gb. Drivers 452.06. The monitor is LG 27GL850-B HDR. A year ago I didn't have a problem with it, now it is and I can't deal with it. I tried turning off HDR in game options, borderless, full windows etc but it doesn't change anything.
- @DarthFDG Nothing helps... but I installed the ugliest system I've ever had - win10 :/ and now everything works fine. Of course, HDR is ugly, interestingly, in the LG monitor I click "game mode" and then "hdr effect" and it looks a hundred times better than HDR turned on in WIN10 and in the game. (but this is not hdr because the monitor does not detect and writes,, hdr off'').Thx for help. It seems that some problems on win7 are unfixable. In win7 you can't disable HDR because there is no such option in the system. A bit strange, because some time ago the game started without problems :/ But I have another question. As a veteran of BF2015 (which is the better game). What should I do to set one key to make the character run? In BF 2015 I set W as a run and it was ok. In BF2017 I have to set W (to go forward) and I have to press SHIFT all the time to run. I would like to set one key to run all the time. Is it possible in this game?
