Summarize your bug I gained 75/75 kills (and more since) towards the TL-50 Target Practice challenge, but I can't claim the reward. I have waited over a week to see if it resets/activates, many restarts and completed other challenges since. Nothing has made this one trigger.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? week commencing 29/1/18
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Blast

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurred during a match. I got a popup saying the milestone was completed, then a few moments later I got disconnected from the game for some reason (don't know if it was my end or server end). When I restarted the game, the milestone was complete, but I could not claim it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "claim reward" button is greyed out, despite the completion meter being full.
What do you expect to see? The claim reward button active.

Please fix this soon! It seems that the longer this goes on, the more people are encountering the problem! I really would like this reward unlocked so I can use it, as it's a useful weapon attachment... 🙂

Yes I have same problem as above and around same time period too for TL-50 can't unlock the last 2 mods and other "claim rewards" are not working

Yep, checked mine just now (07/02/2018 [dd/mm] - 20:30GMT). The bugged reward is now claimable! Yay!

I have the same issue playing on a PS4. Gamer name CCVale.  Please help.

I suggest taking a photo or screenshot of your issue and uploading it here, it'll grab attention faster.

Between false reports (yeah, those happen sometimes), misunderstood issues by the reporters, and duplicate reports about the same issue, the few active mods, heroes, and champions around here have plenty of stuff to deal with, so helping their job makes your issue be put higher in the priority queue.

A picture will certainly give a lot more legitimacy to your claim, especially because this topic has been solved for almost a year.

After completing 400 kills with officers I still cant use the last 2 guns that should be unlocked. EA fix this.

Same thing is happening to me with heavy.

Summarize your bug I have completed the challenge for the 150 kills with a DC-15LE to unlock the exploding shot however it says i have completed it but i cannot equip it even tho in the trooper category it says i have completed it and have unlocked it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Looking at my completed challenges in the career category then going to troopers and scrolling down until you find DC-15LE Sharpshooter and it will also say completed.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot equip the Exploding shot to my DC-15LE
What do you expect to see? Me able to attach and use the exploding shot on my DC-15LE
