Why is my battlefront 2 lagging with perfectly good internet speed xbox one?

For the past few days i have been experiencing extremely bad lag on battlefront 2 and my internet speed is averaging from 9ms to 15ms even though when i play battlefront 2 it feels like 100ms. I have...

    @Wolfy07888 Thanks. If you are playing on WIFI I recommend that you try a cabled connection to see if that helps.

    Its to find our where the issue is, at home or outside which is ISP related.
