Audio Bug still need help!!!

I've posted once about this got 1 response from EA support that was helpful for a few matches but it came right back.

I refuse to purchase any more goods from this company until this is resolved. 16 years of buying almost every single game on pc and consoles for both me and my kids and I can't even get a straight answer on whether or not they are even  looking into the issue or just ignoring us hoping some random will come up with a fix.

I've seen cheaper companies deal with stuff like this with Hot fixes within hrs of release and days have passed and 1 of the Biggest names in gaming history can't solve this issue in 3 days

that's embarrassing, you should feel ashamed of your selves my Mr's has better support [removed]

Disgusted!!!
