I tried that last week with IPhone, Android Phone, & Android tablet...cleared the cache, uninstalled, & reinstalled on all 3 with no luck. Have tried logging in on both phones each day just to check, and still getting the same error.

It is working now for me. Been done for about a week. Samsung Galaxy S9. USA

I can confirm it's back up and working now!
North America - Iphone 6 & Pixel 2 - I just tested and can confirm both are now logging in successfully.
Europe- Samsung Galaxy A6
Still not working
@EA_Atic - Have seen multiple reports from players that the app is down. I just checked (IPhone 6 & Pixel 2) and can confirm it's down. The message is different from the previous outage.
Back again. I figured that I would update this thread rather than start a new one given the problem description in the title is generic enough. I too had the issue referenced through the thread but it began working after a bit of time. Now my issue appears to be connected with an Android update as it was working prior to but now is all sorts of messed up. The application will open and prompt for login but after authenticating correctly it presents you with what appears to be a 1/2 finished web page with images and links but it does not present as a mobile application should. I have uninstalled and reinstall multiple times as well as clearing cache and app data with multiple restarts

Mobile OS - G960USQS7ETH2 - August 2020 security patch
Carrier - TMobile
Add me to the list...several weeks now. Works fine on desktop, not on cell phone. Galaxy S8, app stopped working after the latest update my phone received.
- @EA_Atic App won't load on iOS 16.4. I'm in Canada.
Star Wars Battlefront COMPANION does not work on any platform, I tried the app on iphone and samsung on updated operating systems, I also tried on the website from pc and mac, the result is always the same "ERROR MESSAGE".

EA, please... fix Base Command. A lot of people in the community is talking about this! We need the Diorama!!
