Battlefront (PS4) keeps telling me im offline and need to log in but i am.

Star Wars Battlefront is keeps telling me I need to log into my account to access online features but I am logged in to my account and I can see my icon in the top left corner. It still says that I'm offline and has been for about a week now. I just want to play this game and this is getting extremely frustrating. Same thing goes for my dragon age inquisition game, it wont let me play online there either, but I can play online on my other games like mortal kombat. Can anyone help please?

    I had this problem for a little while. Here are the steps I followed to fix it. 1. Restore ps4 to default settings (not reintialize) 2. You'll have to resign into your Internet and PSN 3. Go to settings. Then network/account management and select restore licenses. Finish that process. 4. Restart Ps4. 5. Start Battlefront (don't rush it, it needs time to reach out to the servers) 6. Cross your fingers.
