Can't start game on PS4 keeps saying update

So I download after paying 129.00 on ps store... The game doesn't work. It's version 1.02... It keeps telling me I need to update. I knew it wouldn't work first night...

I bought the physical copy as well but mine wont install the actual game only the update

No I have the hard disk copy and I keep getting the error code to update and I've tried everything won't even open
