CPU Overtemp
I know its come up a few times. but... It only happens on SW:BF no other game of mine. Im getting 100c on cpu and yes i have changed the thermal paste taken all the dust out. Surley its the game...

What's your CPU usage during normal gameplay and when the game is loading? I have a core i5 4690K and when the game is loading assets, my CPU usage is 100%. My peak CPU temperature during loading was 84°C, which is high, but not quite like what you're experiencing.
I managed to lower my max temperatures to 68°C by modifying my power saving options in the Windows control panel. I made a separate plan for this game that limits maximum CPU usage to 90%. Since the game never reaches 90% CPU usage during normal gameplay, my performance is unaffected by this.
I hope Dice manages to fix this issue. Dragon Age Inquisition has the exact same problem.
