Crashing issues Star Wars fallen order
I am in the first planet bogano. And once I reach one part of the mission going further down a cave my game keeps crashing.

Community AdminSorry to hear it's crashing on you. What platform do you play on and do you get a specific error message?
If there are any steps you've already tried in attempt to fix this, please let us know.
- @EA_Blueberry I play Xbox , and no I just a flash of a white screen as I go into the vault I guess? And it just freezing then crashes that’s it every time

Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive or have any external devices/controller chargers plugged into the USB slot?
- @EA_Blueberry It’s downloaded onto the Xbox hard drive, and no I don’t have anything plugged into it other than. An hdmi and the power cord
same exact thing happens to me. I want to know what’s going on
- @EA_Blueberry I AM IN NEED OF HELP! I haven't been able to advance in the game. I have restarted over 50 plus times and the game keeps crashing on me and sending me back to the Xbox menu. PLEASE HELP!!
