@EA_Blueberry I play Xbox , and no I just a flash of a white screen as I go into the vault I guess? And it just freezing then crashes that’s it every time

6 years agoDo you have the game installed on an external hard drive or have any external devices/controller chargers plugged into the USB slot?
- 6 years ago@EA_Blueberry It’s downloaded onto the Xbox hard drive, and no I don’t have anything plugged into it other than. An hdmi and the power cord

The team is aware of some reports of white screen crashes and we apologize to those experiencing this. Have you tried a power cycle with the console to see if that help avoids it?
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
