Directional down button control not balancing affects shields

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Directional button down is not working properly, not balancing lasers-shields-engine powers. This was power management setting basic (default) and advanced. This was in-game and dogfighting. When I push/hold down button it affects shields as if I were hitting directional button right, but wasn’t.
