Game breaking bug. Main story line won't continue in tomb of Kujet.

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Jaro Tapal encounter won't begin the second time you visit Dathomir to fight Malicos.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Dathomir following the main story line in chapter 5. Go to the tomb of Kujet and activate tge glyph on the wall.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cutscene doesn't start and the glyph just dissapears. A meditation spot appears behind you. If you start meditating and leave you go back to the Order 66 part of the game and you can't go any further than the training room where nothing happens.
What do you expect to see? To see Jaro appear again after getting the new light saber, fight him and progress main story line.

    @Fallkk  It sucks.. I enjoy collecting trophies/achievements when I play a game and have litteraly collected everything in the game up until that point before getting a 100% finish. And I can't find a fix anywhere. I simply refuse to start the game over right now with the chance of it repeating itself :/

    @Joepocalypsenow There has got to be something we can do because I’m the same way with the 100% completion. Can we start something to get EA to notice it.

    @Fallkk I saw another thread about the same issue and that others are experiencing it as well.. Hopefully EA take notice and fix it.

    Did any of you manage to fix the problem?

    I am on PC but having the same problem. And with it there came a few other problems. I have collected a few force echoes that dont appear in my databank and I cannot change my light saber color to any of the colors gained on llum anymore. Sucks.

    I wonder if the game is cloud-saved because then I might try to reinstall it, but unless I am 100% sure I will not uninstall it.

    I'm on PC and got this bug. I'm stuck as young Cal and restarting it does nothing.

    I'm gonna give the game another go this weekend. Hopefully the latest patch has this fixed, though I'm doubting it.. It seems patch 1.12 only has notes about Ps5 and Xbox S X performance ☹️

    On PC if you using mods try disable UnrealModLoader (for example changing .ini file with path to the game for .txt and later change it back to .ini and launch game).
    Worked for me.
