Game Does not launch when i press play or open the .exe

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to Launch the game via steam origin or from the .exe file in the binaries folder
What happens when the bug occurs? whenever i try to launch the game

I have managed to fix this 2 times so far but its keeps re-occuring please can this get looked into as its game breaking for me as i cant physically play the game, i have attached a DX Diag file for you so you can see what specs im using.
