Hi @Hallow_Knights,
Sure, I'll move this post over to that thread though so as not to split this thread into two conversations.- 6 years ago@EA_Lanna
I done the following from the online chat and get the same resul
Which was:
1)Make sure you're running your game, and Origin, as an Administrator
If your game or the Origin client needs an update, your Windows permissions may prevent you from updating them. Running them as an Administrator can help.
Follow these steps to run Origin or your game as an Administrator:
Right-click the desktop shortcut for your game.
If you don’t have one, look for the yourgamename.exe file in C:/Program Files (x86)/Origin Games/yourgamename
You'll find the Origin.exe file in C:/Program Files (x86)/Origin by default.
You can also set OriginClientService.exe (in the same folder) to run as Administrator.
Select Properties.
Click on the Compatibility tab and check the box at the bottom under Privilege Level where it says Run this Program as an administrator.
Click Apply and OK.
Restart your game.
2) Uninstall the client, the download and install (as admin) the latest Origin version: https://www.origin.com/ind/en-us/store/download
3) Clear the Origin cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
4) Run your system in a clean boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
5)Repair game :
Select My Game Library in Origin.
Right-click on the game tile.
Select Repair Game.
6)Flush your DNS
Hold down the Windows Key and press X.
Click Command Prompt (Admin).
When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Reboot your computer.
7)Reset the Hosts file back to the default:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/972034/how-to-reset-the-hosts-file-back-to-the-default
8)Disable origin Overlay
After login with your origin app there is an Origin option on the top left corner of the Origin app by clicking it you will see the Application Settings.
Then in Application Settings click on More and you will see Origin In-Game>> Enable Origin In-Game if it is already disabled make it enable and vice versa. - 6 years ago@EA_Lanna Would it be possible to remote connect to fix the issue?
