Hi @Hallow_Knights,

OK, thanks for adding what steps you've completed so far. 🙂 I'll need to take a few steps back here first to understand exactly what and where the issue crops up for you.

When did you first run into the error message you shared above (I've added it to the spoiler tag) in your first post? Can you walk me through what you were doing in-game when that message popped up on your screen please?

@EA_Lanna Launched the game from Origin once it was installed> then waited to do its thing then the splash image appears then the games goes into full screen with a black background then the support launcher displays the error message.

    OK, so this error happens before you can get into the game then, is that right @Hallow_Knights? Did this always happen for you when you went to open JFO or is it a recent enough thing?
