Game failed to load shader map missing WorldGridMaterial

@EA_Barry Can you help me? I have checked drivers, cleared Origin cache and repair game, but won't launch. I get the splash image before game crashes. (CM: Added error to spoiler tag) [ Spoiler ...

@EA_Lanna Launched the game from Origin once it was installed> then waited to do its thing then the splash image appears then the games goes into full screen with a black background then the support launcher displays the error message.

OK, so this error happens before you can get into the game then, is that right @Hallow_Knights? Did this always happen for you when you went to open JFO or is it a recent enough thing?

        @EA_LannaOnly on Jedi Fallen Order since I got it. Sims 4 and sim city work fine.
