GPU does not support DirectX 11.0 which is required.

So, Im using a Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 GPU...the exact one mentioned in the minimum requirements for this game. I am also using DirectX 11.0. However, I try to start the game and end up with this erro...

It is an actual desktop, but why would I only have this issue with this game and no others?

nVIDIA has lost its way in keeping up with its hardware.  Their drivers have problems not unlike the issues already referenced with their mobile GPUs.  I've been unable to recommend their products for quite some time due to bad drivers lately, and bad mobile computer video for about 4-5 years now. 

Try other drivers.  Make sure that cable is connected properly, snugly, and the locking screws have been tightened.
