Hi,
i received a disc copy of Jedi: Fallen Order several years ago, for my Xbox One. I now have a discless xbox series s, and i would like to transfer my disc copy to a digital copy. I saw an article from a few years ago, that provided a link and instructions on how to request a digital copy. When i go to the support page, the option to request a digital copy from a physical copy isn’t there. Did EA just stop offering the digital copies?
EA Staff (Retired)I did. I tried to contact customer support asking for help to upgrade my disc copy to digital, and they talked to me like i was from Mars. I’ve read that article and tried the steps within it dozens of times.
EA Staff (Retired)I didn’t see anything like that. But, i just got a prompt to download an update that’s even bigger than the base game, while the disc was inserted into my xbox one. Could that be the next gen version?

It could be, how large is the install?
Also, it should have the X|S symbol on the game tile if your downloading/playing the next-gen version.

It was about 40gb. It didn’t have the x/s logo when i installed it though. I don’t think that was it. Would redeeming the product code that came with the case work?
