The hutt contract Targeting trooper it says that i have to get 3 targeting streaks but how am i going to do that when i dont got the rifle

I just taking a wild guess here, but.... I would say buy the Targeting Rifle with the credits you have earned.
I thought you had to use credits to but the T-21b.. I could be wrong. I just started playing again after a long absence.
