    To check if you are trying to change the email on your Steam account, you may want to reach out to valve support for additional assistance. 

    If you need to update the email on your EA account, try checking the spam folder or any folders with rules applied to see if you have emails from EA. You might also need to check your emails privacy/security settings in case emails from EA are blocked.
