I'm sure I did disable the Motion Blur but there are other core problems going on with the engine. I recommend to run the game at 60 fps and change Lighting Quality to Low and Volumetric Quality to Low.
Please let us disable this! I don't need motion blur when I'm playing at 144 frames a second, it looks terrible and is genuinely nauseating.
