I think it's every region. This keeps happening to me too, I try to join a game, but I get a "Can't find any games" message or I get dropped into an empty game where people just come and go so the game never starts.
- Many players have quit due to the rampant cheating. As a result there are fewer games to join.

The matchmaking for this game seriously sucks .....

Please just add a server list like in BF3 and BF4 so we have the ability to select the Servers that we want to join in our region. Auto match making is and will always be a nightmare.
