Players Names and health not appearing during gameplay
Cannot see players names or health when playing.
Makes it difficult to play, I keep shooting my own teammates

In settings by gameplay if I remember well, you can toggle these settings along with other elements of your HUD.
Maybe you accidentally deactivated it or it's got turned off by some other means.
Like 6Devilish6Dave6 says, you have propably deactivated it.
But if that doesn't work try to repair the game.
Open Origin> Go to 'My games tab'> Right click on Battlefront> Repair game.
