PS4 Falling through the map - Dathomir, Enter the crumbled ruins

Summarize your bug When on Dathomir, at the nightmare ruins. Trying to complete the objective, enter the crumbled ruins. When i attempt to walk into the ruins, my character falls through the ground and out of the map, die and am restarted only to have the same things happen every time. There are multiple spots on the map that I have encountered where my character begins to sink into the ground.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dathomir, Nightmare ruins, entering the ruins to compete the objective "enter the crumbled ruins"
What happens when the bug occurs? My character falls out of the map.
What do you expect to see? To not fall out of the map and be able to complete the objective.

I have tried restating the game and restarting my console. There is no way for me to continue any further in the game.
