I thought I was doing the .cfg fix correctly, but it turned out it was staying a .txt file, because of a View setting I had in Windows. Here is a tutorial that showed me how to correct it, and now mine is working perfectly.
make the user.cfg file and follow this steppes as when u make the cfg file it saves as txt u need to convert it to cfg playing the game now :-) link for steppes is

i have tried the user.cfg thing didnt work, i dont even have cross fire or SLI, windowed mode doesnt work reinstalling origin doesnt work ☹️
