Re: Jedi Fallen Order Unplayable Due To Performance/Stuttering [PC]

The I/O stutter is worse on mechanical hard drives. If you have an SSD, it's recommended to install the game to that.

  • FWIW, my installation is on an SSD and it still happens to me.

Nonsense mate, i have it on M.2 NVME drives in RAID 0, faster possible set up, and the bloody thing stutters like hell and freezes on a 8700k and 2080ti!

  • So after a few hours of gameplay and loving every minute of it (minus the lag of course) I decided to request a refund.

This game has become unplayable especially as more enemies come up on the screen. I even tried lowering the graphics all the way down, to no avail. I tried the suggested fixes as well, no go. I will not cap the framerate to 30 when I can run 1440p Doom eternal at 90fps, clearly there's something wrong with this game.

It's a shame this game got the EA treatment. This is the last time I give EA a chance.
