Whenever I try to recalibrate my quest 2 I press the button it says which is the - button and it keeps sending me back to the menu page I looked all over the internet and basically smashed every key ...
Press and hold the Menu button. If you just press it, it will open the menu, but if you hold it, it will recenter the VR Headset.
