Me and my brother had this same issue with xbox if your ea account is linked to any other accounts that are playing the game only the first person to sign in can play online even though me and my brother both purchased the game and stopped sharing consoles one of us would keep getting error code 721 and EA won't unlink our accounts because it apparently can mess up your accounts some how so im in the process of refunding the game because the issue is on EAs end and they refuse to do anything it seems in trying to stop people account sharing and console sharing they made so even if both people buy the game they can't play it either so thanks EA
