today I tried to cut his tongue with more than 6 hrs and IT'S NOT WORKING, I try NOT to hit his BODY and I only hit his tongue ONLY, I use fore slow when he stretching his tongue and then i hit it multiples time until he dead (not touch his body yet, and I hit the head of the tongue cuz the body of the tongue take no dmg) It cant be cut of, pls help me.
I got it using the Overhead Slash ability. Have you tried that or are you just using light attacks?
Well I can already tell you your issue then. You haven't played the game far enough. There is more Oggdo later that respawn. + You Need Force Pull to yank his tongue which you don't get till much later. You can't just slow it down.
I had missed the part in your original post where you said you were using slow - but as soon as you said you keep restarting the game I've realized... you're nowhere near being able to do this yet ☹️
Can you use parry on the tongue and then cut it off? That's how it worked with grave hags in The Witcher 3.

In my experience, and from what others have said, you need not just Force Pull, but Grasping Pull to cut his tongue off, because you need to grasp it to do so. It's also the only way the achievement to do so unlocks. Of course it also kinda goes without saying the Oggdo has to be facing you as well. It doesn't matter if his mouth is closed though.
