Squadrons joystick sensitivity

The joystick sensitivity settings do not affect the actual sensitivity settings of the joystick controls or movement in star wars squadrons.

  • @whodatz1 it does affect it but very subtly, there is a bug right now where the flight stick x/y axis have around a 21% deadzone that is unchangeable. there are a few threads in reddit on how to get around it for now for better accuracy until a fix is out.

I wonder if it also has anything to do with the limited diagonal input range issue? Deadzone issue combined with the diagonal issue? Here's a video of what I'm talking about. Shown at around 55 seconds in:

  • I genuinely have my roll sensitivity on 1% and still can't stop from barrel rolling all over the place the moment the stick leaves the deadzone... it's so uncontrollable it's practically unplayable
