If that is a laptop with a Geforce, get help from nVIDIA, because those seldom will work correctly in EA's games.
but i have integrated g. card intel and then NVIDIA card, and its working when i plugg in controller, i already played Multiplayer, but i want to play with mouse and keyboard
But i dont think that its problem with Graphics card, because game is working Fine, but only with controller. Not working without controller.

what is secure boot? this is happening to me too.
