Have you manually installed drivers for the joystick? I have the same one and ran into the same issue and it was just a matter of going to the Thrustmaster website and downloading / installing the drivers
Yes I had the same problem. On first glance at the controls it looks correct. However, you'll see if you rebind the throttle that by default it is set incorrectly.
did that and throttle still didn't work however you now control the throttle via the rudder which work but different experience
Remember to go into Control Panel for the stick and enable correct settings.
You are probably on 4/6 Axis Mode. Needs to be set to 5/8 Axis mode.
