I believe we have a fix for this that will be in an incoming patch.

Same here, the chest in Imperial Trench and also a secret in Crystal cave hasn't tracked for me

You think it will fix it retroactively? As in fix the chest for those of us who've already experienced the bug so that we don't have to start a new game to get the %100 achievement. If that's something you can disclose.

  @SamsBlackFriend I doubt it will be retroactive but it would be easy to tie the chest completions to the items that come from the chests. If I have all items and mods then I clearly have all the chests.
